Experiencia fantástica: J'ai eu dès le départ de notre relation un très bon contact et des explications claires à toutes mes questions, et surtout dans ma langue. Ouverture de compte bancaire, demande de prêt hypothécaire, signatures à distance, tout était simple et bien sécurisé. Experiencia fantástica: Als twee ZZP’ers en niet-residenten wilden we graag hulp bij de hypotheek aanvraag. En we zijn heel tevreden met Mortgage in Spain! David heeft alles al wel een keer gezien en zorgt ervoor dat het goed komt. Ze werken op commissiebasis dus als hij denkt dat het gaat lukken, is er ook grote kans dat het gaat lukken. Een hele geruststelling. Geen vraag is hem te veel, hij is erg geduldig, communicatief en heeft ook veel afstemming gedaan met de verkopende makelaar (waarvan ik me ook afvroeg of dat wel tot zijn werk behoorde maar waar we uiteraard heel blij mee en dankbaar voor zijn!). Hij heeft niet alleen de aanvraag gedaan maar ons echt veel verteld en ons bekend gemaakt met hoe het in Spanje gaat en werkt. Alle onzekerheden en vragen die ik afgelopen half jaar had heb ik gesteld en altijd even snel en uitgebreid antwoord gekregen. Zou absoluut nog een keer werken met hen. Aanbeveling!
